Behavior Comments:
Time of Arrival: Nutrition and development is average, no
abnormality. Face is a little tan. Can move limbs freely, strong heart
rate. Breaths normally, clear mind. Can react to the light and
sound. Will grab when touched at palm.
Age 3 months: Can hold head, neck, and body straight when being
held. His eyes follow people moving. Can stare at teacher's
face. Can grab toys when given to him, but not for too long.
Age 5 months: He cut two lower middle teeth. He can hold
his head when held. Sitting on teacher's knee, he can hold head
straight, too. He listens to familiar sounds. Can cry, laugh, get mad at
things. He can make baby sounds. Will laugh when played with.
Age 9 months: Can walk with help from caretaker.
